The beginning of our collection is the revolutionary EZ U-Rig. This newly designed folding umbrella rig “similar to the Hyper Umbrella Rig” is engineered to allow you to change out your trolling presentations quickly and effortlessly.

The EZ U-Rig offers unparalleled performance and durability on the water. The stainless steel and polycarbonate construction can last many seasons for you, even in saltwater.

Local waters have their own unique ecosystems, and what works in one might not work in another. That’s why it’s crucial to “match the hatch,” as they say. This means selecting baits and lures that mimic the local prey fish in size, shape, and color. By doing this, you’re more likely to attract the attention of the fish you’re after.

Both direction and speed are important when you're trolling. Our local striper, chasing threadfin shad seem to like speeds from 2.5 to 3.8 mph. Sometimes, they will hit when we go in one direction but not in another direction. The depth of your presentation can be even more important, we usually try to present our offerings just above the striper but sometimes we have to drag them straight through the schools. Maybe it gets them moving.

Adding willow blades to your setup can create a flash and vibration that mimics the movement of small fish, drawing predators from some distance. Swimbait bodies, with their lifelike swimming action, can also be a game-changer, especially when you’re aiming to catch the eye of a discerning fish.
